What's up ladies and gents. Figured I'd introduce myself. Although, I've been a "member" on here since 2009 I've never actually posted. I came over here after Todd and Justin sold huntingnet.com many moons ago and was actually a moderator on that site about 15 years ago as a wee lad. Been bowhunting that long as well. Same internet username all these years too. Anyways, I'm from Arkansas and have always bowhunted there until Uncle Sam moved me to Kansas in April. I'll be here for the next however long until Uncle Sam moves me again. I hope to get a little bowhunting in at Fort Riley this fall. The deer here are bigger than the ones we grow in Arkansas. My deer usually eat pine cones and rocks for nutrition. I'm looking forward to learning how to hunt deer here in Kansas. It's considerably flatter, more open, and windier than anything I've ever hunted. However, if the bowhunting here is anything like turkey hunting here, I may be in the money. I limited out on turkeys right after I got here last month. Haha. Good times. I love me some bowhunting. If yall wanna know anything else about me ask, if not, hopefully you'll see victory pictures this fall of me with my bow behind a big buck! Btw, I shoot a Hoyt Katera. I am married and have a 6 year old (Jude) and a 3 year old (Josiah). I like turkey hunting and duck hunting as well as bowhunting deer. I trotline for catfish, yoyo and jig fish for crappie, perennially watch the Razorbacks lose at their respective sports, and the same for my Dallas Cowboys. Glad to meet yall. Hooah.
