You can do it yourself online or at least I think I found something about that last year! I was looking into it last fall because i was thinking about starting up if I filled my bow tag early (which I didnt). Might be worth your time to look into it and find out. I know of one group of people up in NW wisconsin that have been so good at it they had to let a couple wolves go last year because they filled their tags so fast.
