Wives/girlfriends crazy passionate about anything?

    Are any of your wives/girlfriends extremely passionate about doing anything? I am talking on the level of obsession or close to it. My wife is OBSESSED with basketball. My goodness she has turned into more of a jock than when I first met her in college. Basketball, basketball, basketball......365 days a year. I think she is more obsessed with basketball than I am bowhunting. On many hunting nights I will sit around on my computer and look at aerial maps while she is on her computer watching technical basketball videos until the wee hours of the night. I want to slap her or throw water on her sometimes to have her snap out of her basketball obsession!

    That is a great thing Dan. My wife can do it all. Take care of the kids, work, coach, and repeat day after day. She is incredible.

    Dan stole my Thunder. My wife is obsessed with our kids to a point where she needs to do something for herself once instead of everything ALWAYS being about the kids.

    Well now I feel bad for making my wife seem like a materialistic *****...

    I guess you could say she is really passionate about style/art. She was behind the style of our wedding, which you all know, was the greatest wedding of all time, and she keeps our house looking like it belongs in a magazine.

    She also keeps me so I look cool and hip and awesome.

    Rockin, no prob bud. I will send her the link. She went down to VA Beach a couple of nights ago and took on a top ten nationally ranked team and lost by just 15 the other night. She played them even for three quarters. I think her team is going to do some serious damage in the states this year. She has two primetime guards and both are underclassmen.

    I struggle with this.

    My wife loves being a mother and a wife, but that's it.

    It makes me feel guilty that I spend time hunting and shooting at the range. I have tried hard to help her find a hobby she can be passionate about but we have found nothing so far.

    Don't get me wrong..she supports my passion 100% but sometimes the guilt I feel while I'm sitting in the stand can overwhelm me.

    No joke! My wife goes to garage sales constantly and buys absolute crap LOL. Last summer she bought me a vinyl, throw away orange vest (the 99 cent ones) that was well worn and missing one of the ends to tie it shut. I laughed when she showed it to me. Her reply was .... "It only cost $2.50." :( Oh well....
