    I know a guy who shot a "buck" with no physical male attribute... I that a doe? It had antlers but from the ears down was a doe. :alien:

    A better defense would be that you do not recognize genders, and do not accept gender roles or sex classisification at birth. Tell the CO that your beliefs are being persecuted and if charged start a go fund me page.

    I don't know about other states but in MN I believe tags are for antlered or antlerless deer. It doesn't matter what sex the deer is or what sex the deer wishes it was :)
