Has anyone used the windshear stuff some Cabelas?? Would like a wind shirt to wear under my camo, or just the wind shirt on decent days. Any ideas would be great.

    Thanks all.

I've owned two Cabela's shirts w/wind blocking lining in them. They work great when it's windy, no doubt. However, there's a few things I didn't like about them. Most notably the fact that they don't breathe, or at least not very much. I made the mistake of wearing one of them on a 1/2 mile up hill hike to my stand one morning. Bad idea.

The 2nd thing I didn't like, and it's not a major issue, is that due to the windproof lining the shirt doesn't stretch at all. As long as you buy the right size you'll be fine. But the first time you go trying to squeeze into it and there's no give you may be a little surprised.

In conclusion, I still own some wind proof garments but I will only wear them on VERY windy days, and will only put them on once I'm in my stand.
