Anyone shop at Williams Sonoma? I had to in order to buy my wife some good chocolate croissants. Put them in the shopping cart and checked out, they arrive, lo and behold they are regular. Go back and check the order emailed to me, it says plain croissants. 100% sure I put chocolate croissants and ordered it because I didnt even see normal croissants when I was purusing. Anyways gave them a call, sending free chocolate croissants for their mistake. Thought id post up a good review of them, my first time shopping with them but since we always post up good CS about companies thought I should share this story. Also, why williams sonoma some of you might ask? Etsy.com didn't have any bakers with croissants at a reasonable price, nearby bakeries didn't deliver, and Williams Sonoma got great reviews on their croissants. Why buy chocolate croissants? Well wife and I are going through troubles, so was doing something for her that I knew she liked. I may shop with them a little more now, maybe use them and Amazon. Also these croissants didn't come cheap. $40 for 15.
Hmmmm...chocolate croissants sounds pretty good! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but when you find it, it is worth the more expensive pricing. I'm sorry you and your wife are having troubles and I hope you are able to work through them. She will notice this effort...good job!
Of course only a girl likes and responds to something about croissants, love and Williams Sonoma = ) But hey to everyone else, I drink my coffee piping hot, and black with a little bit of sugar. Bet most of you use creamer. Anyways, looking like this marriage is over but, who knows!
