Trying to build my dream arrow set up. Never pushed an arrow to these extremes and want to make sure it will work out. Planning on using a victory vap 250, 50 grain titanium outsert, 26.5 inches, 9.7 GPI, 200 grain helix, and blazer vanes. Wanting to shoot this out of a 72/28 prime impact. Gold tip calculator has this at 531 grains and 20.27% FOC. Thinking with the 250 spine and short shaft I shouldn't be underspined even with all the tip weight.

What's it for? If it's for whitetail it looks like it would definitely give you a pass through every time. I would think this is a great setup from what I've recently learned. The calculator I used says you should be pushing about 264 fps and 82 ft lbs of KE.

Spine should be ok. That FOC is overkill for whitetails in my opinion, but we all like what we like . Have fun and post pics once you build them.
