Pretty much my Top 4 as well...but I also think 3 is stout as well. Sadly Colby we don't need another as everyone showed up...otherwise we'd gladly hope to add ya!

I cannot predict the future, but I can tell you we have a great bunch of folks on Team 10. I don't think there's a single member that hasn't contributed to our score over the last two years. Win or Lose, I'm proud to be part of this team.

    Colby...
We have 1 assigned member that has not 'reported-in' as of yet... MAYBE you'll get lucky and be assigned to Team 29. Well, you'd be lucky... we'd be blessed :hail:

Hope you get on a team - Best of luck this year whether you do or not.

Team 9 is still one down-- Who knows where you might end up Colby..

Now as far as a three peat for team 10.. I doubt it... Well maybe.. well possibly.. :)

They have a great mix and proven track record--- but lady luck can visit any of the teams....

It will be fun trying to knock them off though...

I have only been a member for a couple of years now. How many times did Tineacious win it?

The Dark Horses won the original contest on HNI twice, they were the original power team. Team BBK won the first 2 contests over here (and from i recall would have won a 3rd in a row if all the members actually registered their bucks), and i think Tineacious only won it once. I know Monster Raxx won it once year.

Thanks for the history lesson. Now let me ask a couple more questions for any of you guys who have been here forever.

    1. What is the highest team score ever posted and by what team?
    2. What is the highest scoring buck in the contest contest and who shot it?

If they win, they will be the first ever 3 peat. Pretty impressive considering how watered down the contest gets now with 400+ members.

    1. You would have to do an average, the team size always varies, and does were not included on HNI.
    2. Lady Forge shot a 190"+ one year i do believe back in the HNI days, but Antler Eaters 182" is the biggest here i think...

You would think Tineacious won a bunch of contests in a row the way they still talk. Maybe that is why Tony is still a Bills fan...he can live with past success

Alot of these yahoos live in the past. Quicksilver was a stud in the day, but now hes an unknown ghost. Buckeye still blames JZ for sabotaging his three-peat, he hasnt been the same since either ;)

I will continue to live in the past as thats what I remember and enjoyed. A lot of those guys became great friends that we share hunting stories, life stories, texts, phone calls, hunts.

Heck if it wasn't for that team I wouldn't have been able to go to Nebraska with Will and hunt. I wouldn't have attended his elk camp that he offers out to anyone on here and became a part of it.

I greatly look forward to the future but remember the guys and times that got me there.
