Really? Maybe ask Memphis or Mass, I think they could fill you in.

I think Trevor explained that quite well. Sorry if it escapes you

As a lifelong UK fan I tend to look at things through rose colored glasses but the collection of talent on this team is amazing and they appear to be playing well together, especially on the defensive side. Defense wins championships in football and basketball. Having said that, the state of college basketball is such that almost anybody can have a great night and beat someone else. Basketball is not so much about talent as it is team play and fundamentals, blocking out, setting screens, ball movement, etc., etc. The most talented team does not always win so I think it will be incredibly difficult to win out for UK. The SEC is not as bad a conference as everyone believes, last year we had three teams that made it to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA's. This year LSU goes into Morgantown and defeats a then top 20 WVU team. Florida will get things figured out with the injuries they have had. Alabama beats UCLA the other night. While not on par with the ACC top to bottom the SEC is not as bad as advertised. UK will have its challenges, everyone gets up to play them, we get everyones best effort.

Regardless it will be an entertaining season watching it unfold.

I could see them going undefeated in the regular season but it depends on who they get in the tourney.

The game tonight shows how it will happen if/when it happens.

KY benefited big time from cramps. Lol

I watched the game against Ol' Miss tonight with my dad as he is a huge Kentucky fan. That was a close one but I'm glad to see they pulled it off

Might have to revise my statement. 2 SEC games and 2 OT near loss games. What in the world? They were fortunate not to drop one or both of those.

just looking at yesterdays game against A&M it's apparent the Cats will get everyones best game going forward...SEC is good but not great, I watched LSV vs Georgia last night and actually wasn't impressed with either of them...I think they run regular season undefeated but come SEC tourney might get a bump in the road...but come tourney time watch out...the Harrison twins better step up their game from behind the arch..horrible 3 point shooters at times, if I were a betting man I don't think they run the table and get knocked out in the sweet 16 or elite 8..just my opinion.... 2 teams that I think are vastly under rated and could be surprise National Champs is Md and Wisc....Big 10 is tough this season..also hate to say this but UNC could make some noise as well
