Looking at maps of state parks in my home state which state they offer hunting. When looking at the map nothing states what the public hunting areas are but there are identified wildlife areas. Are these the same as public hunting areas?
I've duck hunted in wildlife areas in Wisconsin. Look at your states dnr website and you should be able to find the answer you are looking for. They will usually have all the public hunting land listed.
