I have no experience with their cams PT but I do have their cheaper rangefinder and it actually works perfectly for me. I know that doesn't help you much..Lol but I thought I'd throw that out there and say I wouldn't be afraid to try it out. Especially if you can try it for next to free.

I've always heard that they are very good about honoring their warranty.

I haven't used that model but I have used ALOT of their cams. Some for the money are acceptable. Don't expect more than a season or two worth of use out of one. If it craps out within the first year customer service is so so. After the year is up don't even waste your time calling... Just my experience

I have a cheaper WGI camera that I purchased a few years ago and it still works as good as the day I bought it. The day pictures are pretty good and the night pictures are so-so but for a 50 dollar camera I have more than got my moneys worth.

I also had 75 dollars of Gander Mountain gift cards and wanted to pick up a camera. I bought the WGI Axe 7. It was 119.99 total and I bought the 15 dollar electronic coverage in the event something goes wrong. I hope I don't have to use it. However I've been playing with the trail cam and it seems alright so far. Just need to give it the real test! Time will tell. :)

All WGIs I've owned had horrible battery lives. Hopefully this one is better, good luck.

I have a Wildgame I bought at WalMart 3 years ago for $50. 4 C batteries last me all season. The camera still works great. The pics are not to bad either except motion pics get blurry.
