I have 2 of the X6C cams and they have never let me down. Just as good as the DLC's that I have, aside from the slower trigger speed on the WGI, which I was well aware of when i bought them. I would never speak of a company like you have without talking to them first, 99% of the time the companies in the hunting industry will mail you new product asap. they make their living by keeping our tight knit community happy. I hope you talked to them before you made this post.

Hoosier I think you would be better off trying to contact their customer service directly by phone, Many corporation's facebook pages are edited by the guy in the mail room on sunday mornings, when he's done making someone's coffee. the product may be junk but they may be willing to take care of you if you talk to the right people.

I use the the ir5 and seems to work OK. The people who are having problems are the guys buying the cheapest thing out there. Don't expect a $50 camera to work like a $150 one. Also when putting your cameras out face them North or South not East and West

Why are you taking our complaints about the products we have purchased off your page , instead of contacting us about the issues , i've contacted you guys through e-mail , even called and left messages and posted on here without not one responce , my not even a year old range finder will not display the entire yardage numbers , more than half of them are gone , you cant even guess what they are .

I bought a new Micro 4 or 5. It's not the cheapest one they have, but not he most expensive.
I checked it yesterday, 130 pics, 20 of those being all white. I understand it's a cheap camera in the woods and things happen.

However, I really wasn't expecting good customer service from what I have heard of them. I'll monitor the pics for a while and see if they get worse.

good pictures out of the cheap ir2 one that's $59. I've had good luck but you have to keep the batteries good and if you don't they seem to tear up easier for some reason.
