I wrap venison medallions around cream cheese and jalapeno peppers. Then wrap that with a half slice of bacon and grill. Cheap, thin bacon works best 'cause you don't have to overcook the meat in order to make sure the bacon is done. Everyone loves them. We call 'em venison bombs.
