    That's what prompted this purchase, I eat way too much steak, if that's really a thing. I eat a lot of catfish but I'm sure the deep fried part defeats the purpose. When I get good fish like this is claiming to be, I like cooking it in parchment with the veggies and it doesn't get any healthier than that.

    Yup. Thawing some cod now for beer battered fish and chips tonight. I'm impressed with how quick it got here.

    My last order was 8 coho, 8 sockeye, 4 rockfish and 4 cod, I doubled my normal order. I also opted to have sablefish included for $20 extra. The order before this last one I added some shrimp.. easily U-8's aka prawns and I about hit the roof scarfing those down, grilled them and finished by tossing in a garlic and New Mexican green chili powder butter. I have yet to find one pinbone and everything has been good high quality. And hell yeah, I beer batter and fry up cod, my absolute favorite. The others I do all healthy like I am supposed to.. effin doctor and his "you need to eat better" song and dance.

    For a landlocked Okie this is amazing and I can't say enough good about it. Customer service is outstanding, in other words when I called instead of emailing to double my order they were more than happy to take my money..

    I am a huge seafood fan. I love salmon, swordfish, grouper etc., etc., but, I think the perch we catch out of Lake of the Woods might be the best eating fish I have ever had. Everyone goes there for the walleye, but I think the perch are better. Our crappie are starting to spawn now and I hope to fill a few freezer bags of those as well. Very good fish.

    Guys up my way catch perch in the hard water and generally speaking it eats as good as anything. Perch, crappie, walleye ...all excellent

    I changed my order to 24 packs, we had the Coho Salmon tonight and the portions are perfect for our family. Being I have a teenage son who eats for 7, I need to up the order.
