Well,.... you got the bait. Might as well go fishing. Vito could use those for Muskies.

I kept 4 for dinner. The biggest was a respectable 16" and the little guy was 13". This pond regularly produces slabs in the 14" to 16" size and the largest I've caught so far was 18".

Holy Crappies!!! We are lucky to get 14 incher out here. We get a couple up to 12 inches when we have a good day, but 16 inches...that's awesome! They walleye and perch are my favorite fish to eat. I even got my wife eating walleye last year. She usually doesn't go near fish. They upped our creel limit to 6 walleye a person this year with a 15 inch minimum, so we will be filling the freezer even more this year!!

Great job on the catch! Did you eat them fresh?

Caught, filleted, and fried all within an hour. Does that constitute fast food?
