Anybody ever use this? I have a tree that looks good or my stand but there are 2 other trees that branches grow in front of it. The trees in front don't look alive just dead branches. Don't trust climbing up a dead tree. Wondering of the pole saw is a good investment.

I have never used one, but Tom had one at the G2G. That thing felt sturdy as could be. When my pole saw wears out, I will definitely be buying one.

I have the hand saw and love it. I recently ordered the pole saw, can't wait to get it in my hands to try it out.

How does the Hooyman compare to the Wicked?

I have had the Hooyman's before and switched to the Wicked and don't plan to ever go back. I think the design and construction of the Wicked Saw's are unbelievable and can't be compared. They are pricey but well worth the money!

When it come to the handsaws the Wicked is much better than the Hooeyman. The Wicked saw is constructed better and can take more abuse. I'll let you know about the pole saws after I get the Wicked one in.

I have one and have used it several times already. Great construction! The blade is excellent and doesnt bind like the cheap saws out there. I have used a hooyman before, hard to extend when it gets some use. Nothing beats a Wicked!
