Why would you make a good team member?

I'm the perfect teammate. I will not notify the team that I'm participating until the last minute. I will not comment on my team's page. If and when I shoot a deer I may enter it into the contest, but I will wait until the last hour of the last day.

OK, that was an example of many of the teammates I have had in the past!! Personally, I'm excited for the teams to be announced to see who I'm paired with this year. Good luck everyone.

 

I'm a terrible team mate. I kill deer but always forget to take extra pictures with my bow in them

 

Because I like bacon and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Honestly? I don't haha. 3 years of the contest I have killed 1 deer, 112 points for a buck a couple years ago. I was more active back then which helps some, last year or so I have slacked off a ton. Im really a crappy member lol. But I do have a shot at getting lucky and sticking a 120+ and hopefully one of these days Ill stop making excuses and drill a doe, so thatll help a little also. I also love the friendships I have made through the contest.

 

I'm not...which is why I won't be signing up LOL

I don't shoot does (no extra tags for that) and won't take a shot at a buck unless it's really nice

So, there is a decent chance I won't kill anything (with my bow)

 

Let me tell you why I don't make a good team member lol

 

I like people. I also know the importance of remaining active on a "team" thread even if I'm not actively hunting or successful.
Oh, I can talk smack too, although it's easier the more familiar I am with the other participants. After almost 22,000 posts on another sportsmen's forum, and administering both turkey and deer hunting contests for several years, I've gotten to be good friends with hundreds of fellow hunters, some of which are my best friends.
I have access to some decent deer as well and occasionally dumb in to one here and there.

 

I can talk some smack. and shoot some deer but most of I like the fun of hunting.

all of the other teams will sucking down tags soup throw the shed of spike bucks!!!!!

 

Because if I tag one of the buck I have cam videos / pics of or sheds of your butts are grass!

I'm new to the whole contest thing. But I think I could be supportive and I'm positive I should get a deer this year. Been getting a whole lot of bucks on my trail cam but not many does.

 

Cause 10% of the time, I shoot a big buck every time.

 

I would make a great team member because.
1. Im the best
2. I like to talk smack
3. did i say im the best.

but in reality. there are no big bucks where i live so i wouldnt make a good team member.

 

We should start a beard team! to bad i cut mine down to only a few inches.
