In my short time on the site I have noticed several times that some people take what others say on here way to serious and get upset about it. I just don't understand WHY? I personally don't give a sh** about what others say or think of me! You can say I'm a nerd, dumb, fat, redneck, white trash or whatever! I don't care cause that's not what I think of myself. I go to work every other day not knowing if I will return from my shift the next day! So I try to make everyday count! Life is to short and you never know when it will end so why care what others think. Live life how you want and dont care what others say or think. Wear camo outside hunting season, hang chandlers above your bathtub if that makes you happy. We are here for information and for FUN! For some guys that may mean stirring the pot and messing with people. Dont get mad get even or just blow it off! I don't get mad when people close to me try to mess with me let alone when someone I only know from a website trys to. Well I hope this post didn't piss someone off but this is my opinion and only that. I see life come and go daily and I truly believe its not worth caring what others think as long as your happy!
You'll have this. Public forums bring people from all walks of life with varying ethics, ideals, perceptions, lifestyles, etc. You're bound to have this. I just usually take it for what it is, and move on.
its hard to find a forum on any subject where it doesnt happen to some extent. some folks think things through, others mean well but dont take the time to type a cohesive thought, while others are simply whacky. A true cross section of society I suppose.
Yea I just have a tough time comprehending why you would let someone you don't know get to you. When I was younger I did things cause it was what others wanted and I was miserable. Now I do what I want to do cause its what I want and I couldn't be happier. But Like you said when you get a diverse group of people together I guess it will happen.
I live and breath with every word typed here (especially from Vito). This place is my guidline to life. Then I hit the little x and enter the real world!
But it's so entertaining when people get overly serious. And even better when you know someone is pushing another guys buttons but they get sucked right in anways
