Why not Hostas?

    It's a joke, but seriously.... Everybody I know has deer mowing down their hostas. They grow fast and spread like crazy so it seems like a valid question. The house i just bought has deer coming within 3 yards of the front door every night to eat on them

    If I know anybody who is trying to get rid of their hosta's or thin them, I won't hesitate to take what they are throwing away and dump them in the woods.

    If you can get them free go for it. Just know they are done for when they get frost.

    I have thought about this because they are perennials but unless you have a ton of them they will be mowed down fast!
