Why do you shoot FMJ's?

    Also.. I do feel like I am pushing it with my Axis. Love the arrows, good flight. Just want what every man wants....More.

    I have shot the fmj in the past. Love the accuracy and tunability of these shaft.

    I shot the 500's at the time.

    Then I went to easton prohunters. Awesome shafts but expensive.


    I have moved on to the regular axis for a couple reasons. #1 is cost. #2, ,durability. I was scared I would bend the other 2 shafts while the arrows were in the quiver more than anything. Set the bow down wrong or lean against it while stalking or whatever. The all carbon gives me a little more peace of mind.

    As far as weight, I added 75 gr brass inserts up front and use a 150 gr broadhead. 500 gr total weight so that isn't an issue.
