Why do people advertise products on their vehicles?

I've got a Cabela's hat (which I don't think I've worn in five years) solely because it was given to me when I signed up for one of their credit cards (because they gave me more free stuff when I used it)... I agree with Jason; other than a couple RMEF shirts and one I recently purchased in support of Chris Kyle, I don't think I've got a single clothing item that wasn't given to me.

 

Of course...


I could care less about what people add or put on their vehicles....i just happen to like a "clean" vehicle....putting stickers all over it is almost in the same category as tagging it with spray paint to me....the possible theft attraction issue would bother me as well....i have a ton of free stickers I've received over the years with items I've purchased and they sit in a drawer because I still haven't found a place to put them

 

Nice vehicles attract theft, not trashy stickers on the back.

No I hate people that name their vehicle.

 

I didnt say that's the only reason people break into a vehicle but I can def see how it could make those low enough to go there more apt to pick one vehicle versus another

The ones that say "My dog is smarter than your honor student" are solid.

 

Saw this on the way home yesterday, I like it better than the stick family...they had both.
