You are correct! No one is without sin no matter how many "good deeds" you do... However the sin is washed away once you have accepted Jesus into your heart. I would choose Paradise over the other place anyday... And if I see Sandusky there I will greet him with open arms. God Bless
If he is in Heaven I will have nothing to worry about. His past will no longer be in his heart and he will not have those feelings anymore. But thanks for looking out for me Vito!
The real miracle, Is this thread getting to 14 pages without getting shut down, there must be a god after all
You have put yourself in His place .... that is what will send you to hell .... you can't live a perfect life ... no one can .... but Jesus did .... and it takes perfection to be right with God .... you see we don't trust in our "good" works .... we have put our trust in HIS perfect life and God the Father punished Him in our place ... but Hallelujah, He rose and beat death ... so when we put our faith in Jesus, we are trusting that HE is good enough ... for no one else is ...
I'm 23 years old and I'll be getting married next sept so I'll be 24. I think some ppl get married to fast. It's not a out how old you are. I think we have kids that are 17 and 18 years old been dating for 6 months then jump in to a life together. I have been with my girl for three years now.
This thread reminds me why I am not a religious guy, too much drama and what if's and speculation... I'm just a simple guy :D
I thought the same thing. I was wondering what the heck that dude was talking about...then I remembered the title of this thread.
how is the bible you read different from the qur'an? Or what the ancient Egyptians or Native Americans believed? You all believe in a god or gods yet no one has seem him/her/it Just like you believe what you would like, I believe what I would like; only difference is that instead of a fairy tale novel, I have science backing my beliefs. I love science because it has a lot of math. The great thing about math is there is only one answer and only one way to get that answer. You can't say that for religion.
to confirm or "prove" you first must disprove every other possibility. please show me where I said science says there is no god. and yes science has a lot of math. maybe not the 8th grade science class you're taking.
You don't believe god exists. You said you have science on your side. I'm pretty sure that is claiming that science says god does not exist. Awesome. I meant the last little part of your statement. The part about only one way to solve a problem and only one answer in math. That part is false. My 7th grade teacher taught me that.
