I am thinking about switching to a limb driven rest, I would like some honest input about them. My code red works great but it is a little noisey.

I think I can hear it slap down on the shelf. The shape of the shelf is curved, and I can't get moleskin to stay down. It is not so noisey that it spooks animals. I'm probably being too anal. I do like the code red, It is a good shooting rest. Always looking to upgrade something.

I love my limd-driven rests. I have the old limb driver because i was too impatient to figure out the tuning on the pro-v. I also wanted the full containment and saw the trophy taker smack down pro as a viable alternative. i don't think you can go wrong with either.

Yes man I hear what your saying many I don't hear the noise is because my Hoyt has the rubber shelf but you can't go wrong the limb driver have you looked at trophy takers line. Of drop aways.

Hey archer it took me like two minutes to setup all you have to do is attach the cable that comes with it to upper limp the only thing I guess you could say that took long was adjusting the tension spring.

I switched from a Code Red to a NAP Carbon Apache for that exact reason. The Apache is quiet.

I just can't get past the long activation cord of a limb driven rest to even try one. I can't risk getting it caught on something and moving my rest. I know someone will say your riser/string/cable/quiver can get stuck on something. But I can pull hard on my string/riser/quiver without effecting arrow flight in the least. Move the rest just 1/16" and it could mean bad shot. Some people think they are the best and have great success with them. But they aren't for me.
