I have never killed a turkey. I only started spring turkey hunting 2 years ago. I love the woods in the spring and enjoy being there when the sun rises.

What the heck is that?! Holy cow, talk about a gathering. Just wait till the opener, not one of them birds will be around. I hope to get my license next week when the extra permits go up for sale. Then I'll get excited. Good luck to you.

I am very excited. GMMAT has promised me a 25# 10" bearded tom so I am just dying to get out there:d

I'm not really much of a turkey hunter, that is to say I haven't done it very much, but I am very excited to give it a try in a new place with a new friend.
