I would love to see the vikings escape the 40 years of doldrums and make it back to the Super Bowl so they can have the record to themselves for most super bowl losses.

That was a low blow . Glad I'm not a big viking fan. To be honest I don't care for football that much I just came here to see if anyone was saying anything about the Vikings

Oh come on don't be so thin skinned, no wait that is what makes it fun. I should not make sport of posters here it isn't your fault that I work with a bunch of viking fans that say stupid things all the time.

Ha it doesn't bother me, I enjoy a good football argument as much as the next guy.

It is funny because in recent years I have got to the point where NFL football no longer pisses me off like it used to, it is just a game.

When my son was playing youth football I coached and was involved with USA football and was lucky enough to get to go to football camps and help coach and be a counciler. We went to Green Bay every summer and the Packers always had several players involved, it was kinda funny once you got over the fact that the players are just people some of the things they talked about. Most of the players if they knew you fished or hunted wanted to talk all about it, they simply do not have the time to enjoy it. Anyway the one thing I learned the NFL is a fraternity, a lot of the players went to college together, they are friends. The rivalries are more about the fans, sure they all like to win but they are a little more realistic about it.
