Went out Memorial day to my hunting spot to clean up some new hunting areas. I didn't have the liberty to do this last year as I got permission to use the land after the season started. My bro in law and I cleaned up a nice tree in what looks to be a high traffic area. Now we need to decide to we put up a ladder stand, hang on stand, or just use our climbers. Still have some more areas we want to clear, the field on the property is planted in corn so we should have a good food source for early season. Last year the neighbor had a feeder on his property and I got lucky and caught one heading to dinner in the late season. So, who else is out there getting ready?

Nice, where is your lease, and how in the world did you find it. I have hunted the internet in search of a hunting lease to no avail.

I'm gearing up to get a crack at state land around Little Creek. I could have had a few opportunities at leases with some co-workers but I got started way too late. I actually went up to LAS yesterday morning and it was a mad house. There were at least 100 people in the store for their sale at 9am.

    Off Topic: 93Firebird; Do you have a LT1 car? I have a built 94 Formula and a 99 WS6.

Very nice, Swing on over to LTXtech.com if you have time and talk about the car some. I go by the same screen name. There's still a few of us hard headed LT1 guys in the area.

Back to topic. Good Luck this year.

New to the forum, but thought I'd strike this thread up as it doesn't seem like too many guys from DE. I've actually been hunting little creek also Sahara. Any luck for you?
