My wife is not satisfied with our water quality so I started doing some research on kinetico water systems. Anybody have a water treatment system. We currently have a water softener.

So I submitted my email and cell to a local representative. Sales guy made a huge mistake he called me 3 times in 1 day, and left voice mails. Red flag, persistent follow up is a tactic of a method seller, I am a sales manager I despise method sellers, we all see the hook and the pressure to close. Congrats you lost my business at step one.

Water quality as far as taste/smell? or washing clothes/showers?

We have pretty rusty water here and the taste is a little strong without filters under the sink. For everyday use water we had to install a screen filter to a whole house filter to softener and then balance out the softener salt for the soft water needed for the house. We still get some staining in our tubs and lavatories, but unless we bought one of the real expensive units we are satisfied.

No staining other than a slight ring in the toilet. Drinking water is filtered thru the fridge. I just need to have a professional to look at the softner that I have and tweak it before I change anything.Evidently my neighbor 2 doors down has a new system will have to talk to him. We all share the same well, 3 houses.
