To enter a deer in the contest. Will it be the guys in Alaska(TEmbry or Kodiak) or one of the other early starting states. Doesn't S Carolina start real early?

What about bucks, who will enter the first buck?

My bro Johnny Miller is heading to Saskatchewan on Sunday. Though he's on a different team, I'm hoping he whacks a booner!

I hope I'm tagged out with my mule deer buck and doe on the 12th of September. Good thing there's no multiplier thingy this year! :D

Same here man. Even if I don't kill one this year myself, I would love to see a pic of him behind a 160"+ gagger in full velvet and see it all on video, that would make my season. (Ok, amybe that was a little extreme! :D)

Man, I wish I was going with him. :) But alas, I gotta put guys on some bruins the next few weeks.

Many western states open 9-1, like Wyo. Doesn't LA open in Aug? Do we have anyone here from LA?

I suspect a doe will be laid down before a buck will,

Unless Hunsucker's crew is hunting the ND property again. Last year was his only early deer. He and BHB but BHB isn't registered in this one this year is he?

    Colorado opens August 29th.

I'll be hunting with a mule deer and elk tag in my pocket. Not saying that I will score, but as the old saying goes, "even a blind hog finds an acorn every once and a while."

Yeah, last year Hunsucker and BHB entered the contest late with bucks already on the ground. They were put on the same team with 300+ inches right out of the gate. But they didn't get any help form the rest of their team.:D

My first day of hunting will occur either on the 10th or 11th of Sept in ND.
