    I'd be interested in learning. I almost bought a DVD on it but realized that I don't have much practical application for it. Still, it would be fun and appreciated.

    i was looking into doing it, and watched a vid, but was worried my knots wouldnt hold. i really wanna make one for my bow.

    Hell yeah brother! I'd love to be able to make my own strings! Go into great detail on the serving part bro, I need to learn more about this!

    Ok then it will be done.

    I am waiting on more string material so I can get Dave's bow finished.

    So when it turns up I will do it.

    They are not that hard to make and it only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish.

    As for the serving part no worries mate, it's only the begining and finishing the serving thats tricky, the middle part is a breeze:D

    I've been making my own for years but I'd love to compare notes/methods. Will you be showing both two and three bundle? Two bundle is easier but I like the look of a three bundle better. For those that might want a preview here is a good site to look at.

    That make a 3 bundle much tougher to make doesn't it.[​IMG]
