Chris Pratt is one of the most if not the most respectable Hollywood figures/stars when it comes to the outdoors and as a person in general. I saw this interview a while back, and whether you are a fan of the Hollywood 'fruits and nuts', Chris Pratt has a better respect for the outdoors from a hunter's perspective than a lot of hunters across North American to begin with.
^^^^!!!! very true,. he is humble and he truly love the outdoor life...kudos to him! A quote from Pratt in an interview: “The thing inside me that drives me to go out and hunt is very animal. But the remorse, emotion and respect I feel, and the closeness to God that I feel when I’m out there, is my humanity.
I have chunks of pukes like Chris Pratt in my stool every morning and I work for a living, I highly doubt some hollywood cream puff appreciates hunting more than I do, I hunt on my own land, land I have worked hard to pay for while raising kids. Do not tell me who appreciates what more based one a self promoting video. The hollywood folks produce and promote any info released to the public and there is a self promoting agenda behind it all.
I didn't reference you in saying that you appreciate it any more or less than he does. All I stated is that there are simply plenty of people across North America who's morales are not as clean and associative with conservation as his are. There is no reason to be shaming a fellow outdoorsman just because of his career choice. So would you slam people like Cameron Hanes, Drury Outdoors, the Lakosky's, for all of their self promotion? Technically they are the Hollywood of hunting, producing and promoting their information for shows, gear, and more based off of an agenda to provide money to support their families. How is that so different? I'm not looking for an argument, but I sincerely do not understand your obviously biased point of view on the Hollywood spectrum.
Sota is a grouchy old man who hates everything, but at least he's predictable. He's probably a cool guy to hang out with though. I'm still waiting for my invite to come hunt his land. It'll probably be a while.
No I am not just going to watch an edited film piece and crown him the prince of conservation, is all. Hollywood of hunting, that is rich as bad as the movie business has become TV hunters do not even come close. I have said it before and will say it again. Honey Boo Boo reruns have a higher neilson rating than the 2 highest rated hunting shows combined.
Well an old dog can learn a new trick, sounds like Mr Pratt is a fine man, granted he still gets paid to play make believe but he is not the typical hollywood type, or at least that is the public image.
I found out he is one of the 6 conservatives in Hollywood, it takes constitution to be conservative in Hollywood.
