Not saying they are a better bow because both are very well made IMO, but Elite's warranty puts Hoyt's to shame. Lifetime guarantee is fully transferrable to the next owner, which I don't think any other bow company is doing right now. Meaning all those bows sold on ebay, AT, etc will have the full support of their manufacturer if something happens. Additionally, if your bow breaks during the season they will send you a fully set up loaner for free until yours is fixed. Again, it doesn't speak for the quality of the bows but it certainly is great service and something I wish all bow companies started doing. Especially the warranty.

Thats an outstanding Warranty Elite has Justin. As much as we all pay for these bows they all should have warrantys like Elite.

Honestly I don't believe anyone makes a bad bow these days, they are all much better than most anything from the past. I do like my Martins but I'm open to any. I just picked up a Ross Cardiac and I have to say that I'm really starting to like this bow a lot. ;)

Obviously this question shows lack of experience and knowledge. Bows are personal pref...It's what fits you and feels right. A great bow does a guy or gal no good if they can't shoot in the first place.
