LOL That's a riot. They might want to put a couple more airholes at the bottom for draft. LOL My brother used to cook hundreds of chicken halves for the Woodsman Field days. The Woodsmen paid for the chickens, charcoal and all those needs. PLUS, my brother told them his left hand was to never be empty of a cold beer. It was a 3 day deal. He did it for nothing other than the beer he drank. LOL He'd build a bit about 20 feet long and 4 or 5 feet wide out of cinder blocks. He'd fill the bottom with charcoal and lite it in one big boom. He had the double sided racks made so he could "FLIP" a lot of chickens in a hurry. He usually went through 1500 halves a day.
Do you think he rinsed the Round-Up out of the weed sprayer before he used it to control the flames! Pure genius.

Hey, just pointing out what I see as a little design flaw. How do you get the middle chicken off if it's done. All chickens don't cook the same. All you have to do is stick a thermometer in to find that out. How many people does it take to handle a 20 foot pipe loaded with 30 or 40 chickens? LOL I don't think I'd want to build one for those reasons alone. Flippin is fast, more flexible and a whole lot less messy I'm thinking. LOL Storageis probably easier too. LOL Just things to consider before everyone runs out to build one. LOL
