OK. And I showed you that the PAC hasn't had one since 2004 which was vacated and then you have to go all the way back to 1991 with the Washington Huskies to find the last one that counted... 24 years ago.

BTW tOSU is 8-0 against Oregon with the most recent being the Rose bowl a few years ago.

Wins can be vacated by the NCAA but that does not mean the win did not happen. The big 10 is not what it was the competitive level is not the same so a team that appears to be a powerhouse team in the big 10 has built a good record against weaker teams.

That is your opinion, and you are entitled to it. Ducks are favored by 7

So you are saying that the score at the end of the game didn't happen?

Ill be watching but it doesn't matter who wins to me. But if I had to pick it would be OSU. Meyer is an offensive genius and he will help the defense game plan for that high tempo offense. Won't be much defense but I think OSU will be able to make a few more stops.

I'll be watching and honestly don't know who will win. OSU was pretty impressive in the first game of playoff and don't think a lot of people expected that. Their d is gonna have to show up though in a big way.

I think if OSU can slow the game down and limit Oregon's offense time on the field then OSU will win. If I turns into a shootout then I'd haveta give it to Oregon, although even with what I said first Oregon doesn't need much time to go down the field.

That may not be a answer or make sense but I'm little out of it this morning from last night ha.

How did OSU beat Alabama? How did MSU beat Baylor? How did WI beat Auburn? If the BIG is so weak?

The SEC dominated for many years but hasn't for the past two. I'm not sure any conference can really claim to be superior to the rest right now based on what's happened on the field the past couple years.

I'm not finding any Casino's online giving 7 points. Most are at 5 1/2. But yeah we all know the Ducks are favored.

I believe that the results in the bowl games this year is a blip is all the big 10 has been trending down, OSU bucked the trend and hired a top notch guy to coach, it could be a trend in the big 10 or not. Michigan too has stepped up with it's coach too so give it 3-4 years and they could be on par with southern football programs.

No I am simply trying to explain why the big 10 is over the last 10 years the 3rd best conference in the country if you average it all out. Recruiting is as important or more important than actual coaching ability in ncaa football, the big 10 has not had the top tier household name coaches in recent history. They do now at 2 schools. Be honest if you look at this years bowl games Wisconsin got lucky and OSU pulled off an upset. Not denying the win OSU pulled off but I think the Buckeyes are overmatched in this game. I did a yahoo search and clicked on the first link that gave me the spread.

I hate the Badgers. But to say they were lucky is laughable. They physically dominated Auburn to the tune of 400 yards rushing. Auburn was +3 on turnovers and still couldn't win the game.

Im done. This conversation with you is clearly futile.

Who gives a crap about the Big 10 as a whole? Only one team is in this game and its OSU. They have an experienced coach, they have great recruits, and they've won the big game before. The Big 10 doesn't need every team to be powerful to win this game, just OSU. Do you just say things to be the odd man out without any real fact or content behind it? What's the point in doing this?

My point is that OSU plays a big 10 conference schedule and has a good record but they are playing against lesser teams, they play a weak schedule and it shows when a big ten team plays against a high caliber team from another conference. I am not being contrary I am simply stating my opinion, it is others that choose to be offended because they don't agree with me.

How are Big 10 teams considered "lesser" when Michigan State won their bowl game against a Big 12 team, Wisconsin won their bowl game against an SEC team, and Ohio State won their bowl game against an SEC team. Ohio State had to play Michigan State and Wisconsin this year and beat them both and they both went on to win their bowl games against big teams in other conferences. So your opinion makes no sense, it's going against the facts. Winning is winning and losing is losing, that's what determines who is better. Otherwise why are they even playing the games, we should just rank them every week based on opinion and skip the game, right?

The Big 10 has not won a national championship in 12 years. If I am wrong I will admit it but I do not think the best team in the Big 10 is going to be the best team in the country.
