As far as bow builders go, who is the top dog? Up here it is definetly Mathews. There is a dealer every 30 miles. I would say that 60-70 % of archery hunters that I know personally shoot a Mathews.

Mathews and Hoyt are both strong in my local area.

We have a really strong mix of Bowtech, Mathews, Hoyt, and PSE up here. I get some weird looks when I pull out the Ross Cardiac now lol

I wouldn't have the slightest clue.
I don't go to 3D's to see what most people shoot, and I don't hang out in proshops.
You can pretty much find any major brand at the archery shops in the surrounding area.

All my compound buddies all shoot Mathews! I think I've seen 1 Bowtech at the range of the years. I really don't pay much attention to that now a days!

Really depends. There are more Hoyt and Mathews dealers around me directly but if you get anywhere where this is a close BowTech dealer, it's all pretty equal. One indoor shoot Ben and I went to had 36 stations across, there were likely 20 Bowtech's on the line. Of course, a BowTech dealer was not far away.

My closest BowTech dealer is 50 miles. I have two Hoyt dealers within 8 miles and one Mathews at 5-6 miles. Lots of Diamonds around as the Gander Mt is near.

Since we have one dealer in town and he deals BowTech that is pretty much what you see around here.

Nearest Mathews dealer is 25 miles. Nearest Hoyt dealer is 50 miles. We also have one of BowTech's largest dealers in the country about 50 miles away, and I am sure they are a large influence on this area.

BowTech's growth in this area over the past 6 to 8 years has been Huge!

I actually bought my 1st BowTech in GA. Neither of the dealers mentioned above were dealers at that time ;-)

Pretty even smattering of everything here. There are no more proshops on the island and there's been one of just about everything at one time or another. I work on people's stuff as they need out of my kitchen but haven't and won't open a shop. I did get set up with Elite as a dealer though but just because the nearest archery shop to here is over 250 miles away and a lot of that is ocean. Now if someone needs a bow at least I can get them a quality rig.

Lots of shops around here, Albany is a Bowhunting only county so that has influenced this area to have a lot of bowhunters and a lot of target oriented archery venues as well. I've lived in a lot of different areas over the last 15 years, and never seen this large of an archery community.

Among the indoor/FITA/field guys, you see a pretty big crowd of Martin and Hoyt shooters with some Mathews mixed in. We have 2x true pro shooters in this direct area that have both taken multiple national/world titles and set a few records in the pro class while shooting Martin, and that has really influenced this crowd locally. We also have a couple of guys on Mathews Pro Staff that are shooting at the Pro level as well.

For the 3D crowd, you see Hoyt, Mathews, BowTech, and PSE. Probably mostly Mathews and PSE.......

For the hunting guys, LOTS of Mathews and BowTech. You also see a good spread anything else you can imagine.

Hoyt....Mathews....And PSE mostly here. Seeing a Bowtech is like a white guy walking into a ghetto.

A little of everything. Bowtech, Mathews, Hoyt, PSE, Bear, Elite, etc. A lot of pro shops in West MI and a lot of big box stores...between those two you can find just about any bow made. I don't think you can say any one dominates the market around here.

We only have one dealer within a 100 mile radius to the south and 250-400 mile radius in the other directions.

He is a dealer for Matthews, Hoyt, and Bowtech.

Imo, all three are quallity companies with good products.

I don't know his actual percentage of sales, but I bet it is spread out fairly equal amongst the three.

I currently own 2 Matthews, 1 Hoyt, and will probably own the Destroyer sometime late spring/early summer.

The biggest pro shop around sells Hoyt, Mathews, and BowTech and doesn't really push any one of them. There is a pretty good mix, but I see a few more Mathews than I do of the others.
