No way, as I'm sitting up really close to a big buck's bedroom. ;) There'll be plenty of time for whackin' and stackin' later.

Probably not opening day. I'll have plenty of opportunities to thwack a doe after the rut. I like them around as bait.

I have a feeling there will be deer or hog on the ground opening day.

Not sure if I want to shoot a doe. May depend on where I hunt or how early she shows up.:D

Opening morning I will be setup with my father in law for his first hunt ever. The only way I wack a doe is if it's the second half of a double up.

I won't be able to hunt from the 3rd but if I go to the stand I am planning on then no I probably won't shoot a doe. The drag would be a PAIN with the crops in and the hot temps would make it a problem.

If the crops were out then it would be a YES.

Not me... My freezer got filled double time on 9/12. If I shoot anymore does this year it will either be in late December/January or on the WMA so I can win the wager with my pops.

I'm seriously thinking about shooting a doe if it comes by on opening morning... as long as it's a nice big mature doe. I've been itching to draw some blood with my bow ever since I bought it early this year.
