Yes foolish. 1/3 of the population admits to owning a firearm, but that's just those who admit it. Not to mention how many people own multiple firearms of various types meant for various purposes. If you think disarming 105 million people is easy then by all means.
Do people honestly believe the American government would ever attempt to disarm its citizens? That's silly talk. There would be successions from the Union and another civil war before that ever happened.
I would also bet the US government would have to call in allies because there would be a ton of policemen and armed forces that would not go along with it and would fight on the true Americans side.
I doubt it, we have the time out crowd that won't smack their own brats azz, yet you think they will fight for their neighbors gun rights. Well, to be honest I think it would be silly but at the same time I'm sure the Germans thought the same thing when Hitler ordered all firearms to be registered. This way he know who had them, and then disarmed the ones he didn't want having them. Do I think it would be silly, yes, do I think it's silly to think they would never attempt to, no. 1/3? Where did you get that number at? That sounds awful high to me. I mean, everybody I know is armed to the teeth but we're all a bunch of backwoods rednecks. The majority of the people in America are suburbanites or live in big city's.They just don't have guns like we do. But I hope I'm wrong and you are right.

Ha I'm in that same process now. I don't like keeping a lot on hand but I got a couple buddies that shoot with a lot and we usually get the money together and order in bulk and then divide it up. Really helps that one of them is a ffl so on top of other deals sometimes we can get his dealer cost too.

Geez you guys are stocked up. Here we are not allowed to have more than 200 per caliber at any given time. So I am by law not allowed to hoard..... I have 70 rounds for my .375 H&H Magnum with that rifle if you need more than the 4 the mag takes, the animal will kill you anyway, Or you will break your collar bone.
