We have a large commercial chicken barn for Pilgrims Pride/Gold’n Plump (50,000 chickens). Sure as hell hope we don’t need to euthanize our flock because of this. The pork farmers are making me worried. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Not ruled out yet, seems to have better results with early treatment https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...l-of-trial-in-covid-19-patients-idUSKBN22B1T9
I do not believe that there is any vaccine for the 18 covids before not sure they can find one for 19.
Coworkers are cracking me up, one day they have a mask on, next day they don't. Most are wearing bandanas, biker type has a leather bound one and others are wearing simple dust masks. Have not heard whether masks/face coverings will be mandatory beginning May 1st or not here at work.
Mandatory at the hospital I work for since Friday. Not that the non surgical masks prevent getting infected, just spreading it if you have it and do not know it.
I get the point, just cracks me up when one day they feel perfectly safe and the next they feel the need for the mask/covering. My guess is temperature has a lot to do with it. Was 80 ddgrees and sunny yesterday, today is overcast in the 50's. Hooing my prescriptions get filled today or tomorrow before the masks/coverings are mandatory in stores. I'd probably get more dirty looks because of the N95 on the mask than if I wasn't wearing one at all. If work mandates them I have a respirator with P100 filters that I'll wear, not some cosmetic feel good fashion statement
Also seeing that Senior Care workers are threatening to strike here in IL due to lack of PPE and no hazard pay. Confuses me a bit, shouldn't it be the elderly residents who are demanding things since they are more likely to be infected by staff than the staff are to be infected by them?
At least you will wear it correctly if You have to. Half the adults in this day care are just letting sit below their chins. A lot of good that does with just the ear straps being used.
Yeah, my nemesis at work has been wearing a bandana mask, makes him look even more like a weasel, but he just walked past with it draped around his neck. Then when it goes back on, grab it with the fingers both inside and out and pull it up. So now both sides are officially contaminated
Germ's boy Fauci likes remdesivir as well. https://www.cnn.com/2020/04/29/health/gilead-sciences-remdesivir-covid-19-treatment/index.html And in true CNN fashion, they hate Trump so much that they have to contradict themselves on the very same headline page to discourage their lead story.
And now FDA will give it the green light. I hope it legitimately works. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/29/us/coronavirus-usa-cases-deaths.html
So if remdesivir ends up working, I think it is safe to say China lied about its testing of it or did not test it at all. With them now once again trying to blame the virus on the U.S. I think it will be blatantly clear they were malicious with it from the get go, created or not
Guess one good thing filled out finance and found mower wanted all from home. Just got wait for it to get delivered to dealer and pick it up ha. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
So I refuse to wear a mask/face cover whatever during hunting season bc it makes my glasses fog up and I dont like contacts. Now today I've been wearing a mask in public spaces and customers properties, I'm getting contacts.
There's a chance I and a lot.of coworkers already had it. Was just talking to one of the othee guys, he's older and they pulled him from a machine and moved him to janitorial back during Obama's recession, he's been there ever since. Anyhow, back in late January or early February he missed a week straight of work due to a pneumonia like ailment. He was swabbed for influenza and was negative, they told him it was some sort of virus but they didn't know what. He was on breathing treatments at home recovering. Wonder how hard it is to get an antibody test? That would be the easiest route for me to both know for sure and allowe me to go about a somewhat normal lifestyle.
Cantexian. Put this picture on a wall with a chair facing it. Label the area, "the time out room". See how many parents continue sending their children to your wonderful little impromptu petri dish of a daycare.
