It's not that hard to stay home. I think we should rename are state to Meathead State, in honor of the meatheads today who risk people lives because they could not go shopping, golfing or on a motorboat.
Agree ,with a point to make. The point is allowing certain businesses to stay open isn't THAT difficult. We have open hardware and Tractor supply, Biglots , Sams clubs. They have people at the door allowing just so many in. People wear masks and gloves(if smart). Hardware store arent letting anyone in they take your order on the phone and deliver when you get there. . She wasn't smart and the angry public just careless.
BTW...on a motor boat???? That's like saying people shouldn't be allowed to go turkey hunting. There is a bigger risk of getting rabies sitting under a raccoon tree than getting CV in the woods turkey hunting.
Curious on back to work. If logistically possible knowing some do better working during the day and other at night. What are your opinions on manufacturing figuring out the least amount of employees need to run a day shift then offering employees a two or even three shift option for working. Thinning each shift but still maintaining out put and employee numbers. Then rotating monthly. No special shift pay, just the ability to get a pay.a
Health clubs could do the same . Extend to 24 hrs with a weekly sign up on prime hours, but not allowing prime for a customer every time spreading it out. Later store hours. People could find the whole day care thing easier. Hire someone to come in as kids are sleeping. Or to get them dinner and ready for bedd . Up and ready for school.
The way things have been going I’m guessing the Minnesota fishing opener (one of the biggest events in the state) will be postponed. Large amounts of people gather at the boat launches constituting as a large gathering. A lot of those people will be stopping at the store to get gas and snacks on their way to/from the lake. it's fine to go out on a boat, but the meatheads from Michigan take groups on their big boats and ruined it for everyone.
Up to 23 current cases with 24 under investigation. Numbers trending up a bit, I'm sure like NYC Chicago residents fled as numbers rose. Not many hospitalized, hopefully the 17 others are doing the right thing in isolation.

I can see that being a state thing or regional. Having pay at pump and not allowing going into store or limiting #'s with mask only. Just like grocery stores. I don't know how your boat launches are set up. Ours are one at a time so distancing is natural. You sit in your vehical until the launch clears then back in.
You’re forgetting that there are some incredibly stupid people out there. Gathering in groups at the launch and chatting about your daily catch is not something out of the ordinary. Like I said ,I can see it being regional and Oh I have mention ed how stupid people are from my laxt trip for essentials and meds. Thats where we have to be doubly dutiful in are own safety my new personal scent is ...bleach..I repurposed my small hunting "scent away "spray as a pocket bleach/water sanitizer.
