The misinformation on here is rampant.

Because of the novel nature of the virus, nobody that wasnt exposed to it will have immunity to it before their exposure.
The reason behind the antibodyb test is to test for a past exposure, hence your body devopled an immune response to it and now the antibodies are present..

Why this is so important in the case of this virus is the high R0 factor, ie its very communicable so a large amount of carriers were asymptomatic while they were infected.
The antibodies test is test for PAST INFECTION, not pre immunity. You only develop immunity post infection.

The conspiracy theorys makes this place sound like coast to coast AM. Wacky

I know they are and I have stated I wasn't happy with some of them as well. Don't like the $1200 bailout money, don't like the $600 unemployment booster.

I don't believe a lot of people are telling the truth, Republican and Democrat alike.

So many try to compare this proportionately to 9/11. This is nowhere near the likes of 9/11, and it definitely shows at the government level.

Not really virus related directly, but y'all might want to pay attention to what is going on with Venezuela. Also stop putting every trust in these medical experts we see everyday. There are other aspects outside of the virus this country should be wary of that go outside of practitioner's opinions of this pandemic and how to fix it. Medicine is their singular expertise and we were lied to by the WHO and the CDC for weeks. They effed this up from day one of this deal and the models aren't reliable. I'm tightening my circle of concern and putting my ear to the ground, not head in the sand. Call me paranoid. But ask yourself if this new reality lines up with anything you've ever lived. We are a free country whose many citizens are literally begging the gov to trample their rights in the name of safety and security. Stay home. Keep your distance. Governors stumbling over themselves to one up each other by telling citizens to rat out their neighbor for not complying to state direction. The time is nigh where we need to be self reliant and self aware. Head on a swivel so to speak. Stay safe and sorry for the rant. I can copy and paste over there if this thread is inappropriate.

Hopefully in 2 weeks I'll have a turkey butchered up.

Morels will be up hopefully by next weekend, can't wait to get out of the house. Have a weeks vacation accrued and think I'm going to use it alongside the $1200 bailout money and take 2 weeks off from work and pitch a tent on the hunting land. Just me and nature for 17 days.

    It's China's fault.

Nobody is questioning China on the origins of this, only that they are not reporting correct numbers.

The bat theory is already discredited as the specific species in question was never at the markets believed to have been the focal point.

But what was there? Newly authorized bio labs.

You'll never convince me that China did not create this strand of virus and it somehow escaped the labratory.

best to you and a question you guys being offered the malaria protocol when infected and or showing symptoms? I know your results aren't back but I assume you may know of others that have tested positive.
I can not say how but know of a large shipment that went out to NYC today.

Also to immunity aren't they trying to figure out now why Type O is the closest to "immune" there is and A seems to be very susceptible and hardest hit?

Hoenstly I dont have any experience with long term, in hospital treatments for this.
We are limited to emergency situations and treatment, along some airway management with transports between facilities, ie intubations and vents.
I been reading about some of the trial results of drugs being used at this time however i am not familiar enough to speak on them.
I do know several poeple and coworkers that have tested postive, some have been and still are hospitalized. However I am not up to speed on their clinical condition and treatment.

I have seen a concerning number of individuals with serious symptoms that fall into a younger demographic and a soild percentage do not have preexisting conditions. This isa disease that will effect a very broad demographic and I am guessing has an underlying genetic component that we havent identified yet.

Person next road over 50 yrs old..don't know her health...lots of 50 yr. Olds. They are also saying people with a higher Body mass index are harder hit. It's unfortunate but the science that comes out of this will be fascinating to be sure.

Morning and evening traffic has dropped here, based on my morning/evening commute to and from work

Today I went to get something toneat about 1:30pm. Traffic was heavy, like a normal saturday afternoon during summer heavy.

Seems Lowes/Menards and other stores that seel seasonal plantings or home improvement items are packed more than a toilet paper supply store would be.

Now Germ I have to believe your not a simplistic individual. It's not about choosing sides it's about the individuals on both sides. There are bad actors on both sides always. The problem is that as we stumble through history there are times where it is clear. One side will have more bad actors than the other at times. We are in one of those times now. There is a blind man with a stick trying to tap his way through a street of tapping sticks. With out getting a seeing eye dog he's lost for sure. The Democrats Don't have a seeing eye dog to find their clear path out of a clatter of tapping twits.

Talking to the daughter, Speedee an upper midwest shipper is still delivering chicks from the hatcheries problem is the hatchery can not keep up with demand. Many people are ordering day old chicks like crazy, also vegetable seeds are being bought up like crazy too.

Platform is what tends to draw repeat voters. I am not for open boarders, I can not agree with a party that has a platform that believes an unborn viable child is a choice, while believing executing a murdering rapist is cruel and unusual punishment.

Not to mention the desire to get rid of the electoral college and change gun laws with complete disregard for the constitution and bill of rights. For every thing the gov't gives you you give away some of your liberty.
