Well, Pricksters tele-tubby mandates for public places I think. Not sure about health facilities or their choice to keep them in place. In reality, China has opened the doors for any private business to mandate masks be worn at all times. Can't ever see a court ruling that unconstitutional, be it a coffee shop or a medical office. Government mandate sure, but not a private sector individual business.
fair point. take your dollars elsewhere as needed, I guess. Seriously, I am very libertarian when it comes to that stuff- private businesses ought to be able to discriminate as they want. Gender, race, political views, mask theater, purple hair, whatever. They want to ban a certain type of clientele; I am all for it. Put a giant sign on their door telling me who they don't want to serve. Tells me what retarded prejudiced a-holes they really are. Helps me make an educated decision as to where I spend my money.
I whole heartedly agree. Let me choose where, what and who I want to give business, attention or disdain to. Let their choice reflect my reasoning, not an across the board mandate.
All private businesses should have a government mandated safe space and the owners should be forced to do whatever the government wants. Take those extreme business taxes you pay, real estate taxes you pay, and all those local people you employ and shove em up your compliant arse! I'm kidding! The less rules the better. Hospital I work at announced today that we no longer have to wear stickers indicating that we passed clearance or will have our temperature checked when coming into work. Still have to keep the silly online questionnaire and masks.
It is interesting reading stories about libs who do not want the crisis to end, they want to keep wearing the masks and they feel superior about it. I am going to start laughing right at them.
We have parents here in VA suing to keep the masks on bc they have sick kids. I'm talking about kids with serious life long illnesses. I feel bad for the kids but if your kid is that sick they could get sick from anything. Was your kid wearing a mask and making others wear a mask pre covid? No. So please.
