except you have a missing/unknown and very important data point- nobody has any idea how many people unjabbed people caught the virus, survived, and were never tested. It could easily be in excess of 20 million. Maybe 50. Nobody will ever know that number. So nobody will ever really know; especially now that Omi is 98% of new infections and most people who get it will never even bother to test (regardless of jab status.) Then you also have the people that had it pre-jab, didn't know, then got jabbed, and have since had breakthrough cases and survived... that's a whole other completely unknown data set that is likely fairly large and skews everything.
that is my experience. If incubation is 2-3 days, then Mrs. Noodles gave it to me 2-3 days prior to her becoming symptomatic, she didn't test positive until the day after she was symptomatic, then I was testing negative right up through the night before I woke up the following AM with symptoms. Didn't bother to test until I could get in for a PCR at CVS.
If your wife (IIRC she did) was forced by her employer to get jab you might have an early retirement in your near future. I suggest contacting a labor attorney esp. one that has experience in med mal.
Pharma has immunity but their product doesn't give it. Ironic. Also, as I said- it is illegal for anyone to coerce someone to take a drug which is covered by EUA only (not FDA approved.)
sorry, brother- no it has not. Comirnaty has had full approval since then. Comirnaty is not currently available in the United States (or if it is, very small numbers and very recently.) A federal circuit judge has already ruled that the EUA version of the Pfzr jab and Comirnaty are not the same. They have separate formulas and are legally distinct per the judge. This is the backbone of a suit filed by Air Force members against the DoD and Brandon. And they are winning. Judge Advocate just ruled on that today.

Pfzr publicly claimed then argued in court that the formulaic differences were so minute as to be de facto the same substance. A federal circuit Judge disagreed with Pfzr and ruled as such (think that was a Florida case.) The Judge Advocate in the Air Force case ordered the DoD to produce proof by November 12, 21 that the jabs which the AF plaintiff were forced to receive under direct order and penalty of separation (or worse) and which were administered by military medical staff were produced in the approved Comirnaty production facility. Today the same JA ruled that the Secretary failed to submit any evidence thereto. ...Not sure how this is going to play out long term as I am no expert in UCMJ; but basically the JA ruled the airman's entire CoC all the way up to Secretary Austin of violating both the plaintiff's First Amendment rights (his religious accommodation request was denied) and Rule 1 of the Nuremburg Code. So CDC once again setting up to move the goal posts. Pivoting, their word not mine, from fully vaccinated to "up to date or not up to date" on your shots. This is all playing into the Democrat governors who remain emboldened with Emergency Powers during an election year when a major turnover is expected. Think about it, one stroke of the pen and we go from 63% of the population "up to date" down to less than 24%. Right back to where we were what, a year to year and a half ago? Has to make you wonder why all of the vaccine cards had 6 slots on them for recording shots from the get go and not 2 as first thought. Just as they did in 2020. The Democrats need Covid for the election, mail in voting, phone apps I'm sure are being tested in the background, extended voting etc. Hell Biden is already stating that he is not certain that he can accept the election results and nary a peep from the media. Remember when Trump said the same thing and they went into hysteria? Covid is going nowhere fast
