Nope I have nipped it on meal meetings for the last two years. He is headed for the winter home soon it will make my life much simpler. Kinda funny the GM asked if we could have lunch once a week for status meetings, I suggested we meet at the office at 6:30 when I get there. No employee interruptions, no phone calls. I dislike lunch meetings I eat lunch at the 10:00 break time, prefer to bring my lunch from home. I eat at my desk. I think an hour lunch is a waste of time too.
I dislike lunch meeting where the cheap asses don't provide lunch. Worse yet, don't let me eat what I brought during the meeting. Have an Ops manager that pulls that crap. Well until the plant manager told him to knock it off...in front of a room full. I avoid those like the plague as well as 4 pm meetings-3 on Friday!
Celine Dion had uncontrollable shakes/spasms right after her jabbs and has since retired .. President Biden developed peripheral neuropathy after his booster. https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/biden-is-highly-likely-vaccine-injured Governor Newsom developed Guillain-Barré within days after his booster.
Awesome I just spent the last 4 days, 2 or 3 hours each day, in an office with somebody that has covid.
My husband tested positive last Tuesday. Here we are over a week later, and I'm still going strong. Natural immunity at it's best (I did take a home test to verify, so I could continue to work, and it was negative.)
Poor Carhartt is taking a beating right now due to their vaccine mandate email that was leaked. When your target demographic is largely blue-collar workers who tend to skew more conservative, and are likely to be anti-mandates, this probably wasn't the best option for them. https://www.newsweek.com/carhartt-faces-boycott-calls-conservatives-vaccine-mandate-1670627
This whole outrage amongst groups is really getting old, if you want the shot get the shot if you don't don't why get pissed about what others do that does not effect you.
The point is that the company is mandating vaccines for all employees even though they aren't legally required to do so. I'm sure there's some spillover from anti-vaxxers in this crowd, but the point isn't about being for or against the jab. It's about forcing your employees to take an irreversible health procedure regardless of how they feel about it.
I had the original covid Feb 2020. Aside from feeling a little rough a couple weeks ago, I haven't been sick since. No jab and I've traveled a good bit to various states, even the evil empire of Florida. Just throwing my experience out there for thought. Weird how it has affected different people differently. I'm 44 and in fairly good shape. Nobody around here has worn masks in any stores in over a year. Sent from my SM-G781V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Word on the street is that the big guy is going to be giving ***free *** N95 masks to anyone that wants one.
Just like the four free COVID tests to a household. I got a group text from in-laws family about them.
Nobody at work even cares anymore. They know they have the symptoms and they don't even go get tested anymore because it's so worthless. If you have major symptoms go to the hospital, if not just call out sick and call it another day or the next week.
There is expected to be a ruling this week that would invalidate JB's mask mandate for kids in school for 145 districts that are being sued right now. Our District is calling an emergency meeting of the school board to address what they're going to do if this happens, which it's looking like it will. Things are about to get spicy!
