I listened to most of it.

Aside from what you note above, Sotomayor is openly hostile to the challenges. She continually interrupted and filibustered the attorney's responses to other Justices' inquires. Repeatedly. I missed about 20 minutes or so, but I would estimate that she spoke for appx. 2/3 of the 1.5 hours I listened to. Not in comparison to the other Justices; I mean total time.

That's unconscionable.

Breyer and Sotomayor were literally making false assertions of 'fact' that have no basis in stats or science. None. Both appear to believe that only the uninjected are spreading the disease, but somehow the injected can be infected by the uninjected, but somehow the injections work as a preventative to infection.

ACB and Gorsuch seemed most skeptical of the Government's authority. Roberts actually surprised me in his line of questions, makes me think he may be leaning against them also. Figure Thomas is probably a no. But neither Kavanaugh nor Alito inspired confidence.

Has anyone wondered where all the citizen DNA being gathered in these test are going...or being sold to? I have not been tested and thinking it won't be happening either.

WSJ is reporting over 5 million people nationally called out sick to work this week.

 

The pace is rapidly picking up here. We have people calling out with 99 degree "temperatures". Covid ptsd

 

hey man, my normal body temp is 97.1. 99 I feel like I am on Death's Door.

Man, you and I share a bunch. I run a 99 and my wife is like ohShit it's on. Ever since I recovered from the Vid my normal is now 97.6 but before it was 96.9.

Hospital at work is at it highest number of Covid cases since this stupidity began. 74% of Hospitalized patients are unvaccinated. 100% of ICU and patients requiring ventilators are unvaccinated.
National guard is providing some staff to help.

the Vid was the first time I cracked triple digits in over 15 years. Maybe 20.

there's been a couple times I went to the doctors for illness, and get my temp taken and it was near 98.6, doc or PA says 'temp is normal' and I had to correct them and say that's actually a fever for me.
