Is it safe to say based on current conditions that the masks and the vaccine is not what is going to end the pandemic?
Covid symptom rant - coffee now tastes like crap. Wife accused me of using an inferior brand. Nope, that's just the way coffee tastes now. To both of us, oddly enough. We had the exact same symptoms albeit different severities. Also, beer is really bland. Cracked one open last night and didn't even finish it.
they never were .... it is endemic, live with it, just like the reg. flu and colds ... if your fat, lose weight, if one has comorbidities, take precautions ... if your healthy/boost your natural immunity, live your life as normal, and piss on the vax/mask nannies and their scare tactics ..
It's funny you said that. I have had almost no symptoms of having covid, although my daughter does. I stayed home this week for them and was expecting to get it. But I'm sure there is still time. I Started feeling something come on the last couple days, but never became anything yet. Today I feel great. But one thing stood out to me this morning. My coffee tasted different, not sure what that means yet. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Not sure what to make of it. It's like I've regressed about 7-8 days. Nose is getting stuffed up and getting a bit of congestion along with a cough again. No longer getting faint scents when smelling.
Sometimes at day 5 or 6, just about when you think it's leaving, that's when it will get worse. In my profession I've seen that many times. That's also what happened to me. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
My wife was a coffee freak. Dark roast black and ever since we had the Vids she hates the taste and smell of it. I don't mind either way but I was never a big coffee guy. In Venatione Veritas
I regressed today as well. I threw up earlier and went to bed, slept a solid 2-3 hours. Feeling better now.
Chicago Teacher's Union polled their members, 92% are demanding a return to virtual classrooms. Disgusting.
another Oops... Lab Alert: Changes to CDC RT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2 Testing CDC pulls EUA for PCR tests; recommends other test procedures which can differentiate b/t common flu and C-19. So what they're really saying is there is a likelihood that a huge number of C-19 cases were actually mis-classified flu cases.
that was what made me throw up. I barely finished a cup, and I usually drink a pot in one sitting. Started feeling blah within a few minutes, laid down for about a half hour then had to make a beeline for the toilet.
Fwiw - my sister, a doctor, mentioned most (decent) labs moved away from PCR about a year ago. Many using NAAT.
Yup .... some are still being misdiagnosed ... these that Biden wants to send out also have some inaccuracies ... and this https://thelibertyloft.com/2021/12/28/fda-admits-home-pcr-test-kits-contain-known-hazardous-drug/
Frankly, the only people who care about the accuracy of the test, are mostly those tested and some doctors. For most offering the test, it's an economic decision - which test gives them the best margin... Not the most accurate. A high degree of false positives actually is more profitable. CVS', a poster child for 'operational' efficiencies.
