You could take all those states you just named and replace them with the largeat citiea and find where the problem lies. Pritzker issued a "Stay in Place Recommendation", he like to call it an order but when you read it, its has so many exemptions it is meaningless. The big coties should have been locked down in quarantine immediately. No one in or out, period. Instead, everything except for stylists, servers, personal trainers/gyms, and dine in customers are pretty much considered essential. Orders have consequences, there are none with any of these "orders". Florida should have shut down every beach and enforced it as well as every other coastal state.
