Dems are allegedly the party of the environment, yet they want to import tens of millions of dirt poor people. Where are they going to live? What water are they going to drink? What jobs will they work? How will we feed them? Oh yeah, all of those things will destroy our environment and deplete our natural resources. Progressive logic.
well, lost jobs and small businesses. (but I know where you're going and you're not wrong. That's all courtesy of the government.)
Again go ask them, being they won’t end up in the hospital I bet they are good. Testing positive != going to the hospital, Perhaps that’s to complicated for you to understand People who are vaccinated are less likely to end up in the hospital. Right now for those folks that should be the goal. I realize that’s not how me first world works. Just like the buses until it affects a persons life then it’s an issue. Front line workers being stressed and over worker, mentally drained does not bother folks, until it messes with their lives. Most of the parents don’t want any restrictions for schools/buses. So when people who taking the risk go screw this, well now it’s an issue. When folks realize the world does not revole around their lives perhaps will start to solve some Of these problems. I have little faith that will happen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Are there any restrictions for seating or mask wearing? Or is it as normal. For us here as normal and no buses for sports. We parents had to drive and they reduce the cost of the sport to play. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Behold, "Germ the Compassionate" I wonder if he practiced his own advice and consulted those in the ICU departments before suing the Governor over kids, who ride buses, playing sports? During the height of the pandemic mind you. Guess that means he was selfish in his choice. Makes one wonder, how many of those that were put into ICU or ultimately died were infected by student athletes as a result of his lawsuit? Typical Democrat BS, do as I say and not as I do.
America's Frontline Doctors recommend monoclonal antibodies, the Z-stack, inhaled corticosteroids, HCQ and Ivermectin. Not the shots. Just making that factual point. ...also, it works.
Germ as far as your question from earlier what are possible solutions. In a school that runs their own busing I would say there are no solutions the unions row that ship. In my community ~ 600 kids per graduating class so 7,500-8,000 total kids give or take I was start by reaching out to parents first, next go to the local community business groups, next the chamber of commerce, next contact any trucking/freight/landscaping/Lawncare companies with likely CDL holders the may be slow during the winter months. I understand that busing is a complicated system and someone just doesn’t waltz into the seat of a school bus and they are off to the races. However doing little to nothing is a recipe for failure with no up side. I have said from the beginning that we need to approach the situation from an age/risk approach. 40 and under and healthy teachers need to be on the front line in schools. 40-60 or under 40 with pre existing conditions you are 2nd line, 55+ and significant underlying conditions you are now a remote learning specialist, etc etc etc. We have vaccines and therapeutics and early treatment options. If you get sick week early treatment, get better, get back to work. Not perfect but you asked for some solutions I offered some.

My wife and I refused to let our kids take the bus, no way in hell are my kids riding with feral children, granted it was a little easier because my wife worked at the school.
Huge difference between 600 kids per class and around 100 for us. When we lost sports busing we came up with a carpool option as parents. We have routes being canceled, my son rides with his mom who drops him off on the way to her school and as of Jan 9th, 2022 he's 16 and has a car, So it's a new deal not having to cart him around anymore come the new year. Thanks for explaining the issue to me, people are going to do what is best for them these days, I expect a lot more issues like this in the future.
What is wrong with doing what is best for you and your family as long as it does not come at another's expense?
A local kid (well, not technically a kid now) who races is about to lose his dad to covid. He had both his vaccines (no booster). They said there is nothing more they can do and not to expect him to last through the weekend. Guy shot a buck and doe in archery and joked that he was going to get struck by lightning now. Terrible.
Number of hospitalized Covid patients is continuing to grow. It is really starting to create problems. 76% of hospitalized patients are unvaccinated.
and yet the jabbed pass the CCP virus around, many times unknowingly ... look at all the pro football/basketball players that are out ... even the jabbed STILL get the virus ..
My wife tested positive on Monday. She says its like a severe sinus infection so far, and is extremely run down and tired. She is vaccinated. I Think I may be getting it too, or I have something else. Got a headache, sore throat, appetite not what it normally is, and very sluggish. I am vaccinated as well.
