She's the only one tested....I can tell you hubby and daughter won't do anything with them until they see all of them negative. No hunting camp either that's this Saturday.

My kids have to wear masks in the classroom and halls, but not on the playground where they play tackle football. Makes sense, right?

Hope all y'all who have been in contact come out good.

I was lucky and able to use "my exposure" at work to get me and hubby out of his brothers second wedding. Which was great! Of course, his brothers kid tested positive for COVID two days before the wedding. So I'm like, nope, I'm good. Husband had deer-covid. Spent the day in the tree.

I literally cancelled my own wedding the day 180 invitations, printed napkins, matches arrived. We were married but I said immediate family only. We took all to a high end steak house that gave us their 2 floor dinning area and our own bartender. Told everyone to order anything they wanted. 14 people a ton of food lots of drink and everyone enjoyed themselves.. . Neither of my kids got married, in long term relationships with house purchases and kids for son.....So my wedding attendants is pretty much nil....what a waste of money that gets out of control and stresses everyone out

My employer just announced mandatory vaccination for all employees. Proof of first shot required by 12/4. I am going to try for a religious exemption based upon the premise that fetal cells from aborted babies are used in the development of the vaccine. I am adamantly pro-life and faith is the reason for that. Deadline for exemption filing is 11/23. If that doesn’t work, my wife and I are prepared for me to walk.

DIL lock down till 28th. The boys until the 3rd.

Son was in drive when I got home he had gone out back to my original card board blind and saw a bunch of buck including the eight that was behind me the other day ,some spike, a 4 and another 8. He's coming back to hunt there again in the morning. I only use it as a gun blind. You can only bow hunt it if you sit inside with door to deck open. That or on deck in good weather because deck is wrapped. I hope he gets something.

sucks, I thought AR was in the 5th, but it's not.

Eff them. Sue the crap out of them anyway. Any decent attorney could show that your employer enacted this ruling AFTER the 5th issued a nationwide stay on the EO and ergo your employer did so at the behest of the federal government.

Caveat- that's assuming your RA request is denied. Which it probably will be. But Arkansas is pretty conservative, you ought to get a good ruling.

There’s a huge difference between a government mandated and your employer.

Government should not and soon will be reversed.

If you employer states get the vaccine or else, well

Correct, but the fact that his employer didn't issue a mandate until AFTER the USG ordered them to could qualify them a de facto agent of the USG.

Part of the lawsuit discovery process should subpoena all internal communications regarding the decision to issue the mandate. They mention consideration of the Executive order, they are agents of the government.

Longstanding case law to support that assertion.

United issued their directive prior to the official OSHA ruling.

The university I work at receives a small amount of funding from the state, so we are considered state government employees. Our governor has stated no employer mandates for state agencies. This employer mandate is a direct result of Biden's threat to pull Medicaid and Medicare funding from hospitals that do not have mandatory vaccination. Unfortunately, the hospital stands too lose far more funding from Biden's threat than it will from the state government. Its about the dollars and government control. I am beyond pissed to be caught in the middle of this crap. I don't even work in patient care or anywhere near that part of the hospital.

To the bolded, that should be able to be obtained by anyone with a FOIA request. Tell them all electronic communications containing vaccine mandate, vaccine, mandate, etc...

Should not take any type of court order/subpoena, and actually, requesting/receiving this information beforehand would only further strengthen any such case. Even worse for them, if the case proceeds and they are have found to try to delete such communications to avoid a FOIA request.

I was scheduled for a federal trial later this month. The judge ordered everyone involved get the covid shot or do some crazy testing. I said put me in a Tyvek suit and stick Q tips in my orifices, not doing it.
