Moderna executive chiefs quote... Wait a minute, did someone actually say if you've had covid youd naturally develop an immunity? "Those who do not get vaccinated will immunize themselves naturally, because the Delta variant is so contagious. In this way we will end up in a situation similar to that of the flu. You can either get vaccinated and have a good winter. Or you don't do it and risk getting sick and possibly even ending up in hospital."
The fallacy is of you catch it once, you'll be immune. In some regards, it's the same problem with the vaccine...
Round 2 going through the work place. It's ridiculous that we're waiting 3-4 days to get results when we are the first responders who originally were told would have results in 24 hours....yay for more work hours for the next couple weeks
how is that a fallacy? IIRC, you work in health care (or are close to someone who does?) but I have not heard of any sizeable re-infection rate; and I have heard/read of none that ended up being serious. Even IF there were a few the rate has to be infinitesimally small. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...lower-viral-load-on-second-bout?sref=a2d7LMhq Otherwise the headlines would be screaming 'X dies of second bout of Covid". I found only one and it seemed anecdotal: https://people.com/health/18-year-old-dies-after-contracting-covid-19-for-second-time/ It was less than 2 months after his initial diagnosis, and I find it highly suspect he spontaneously 'got a fever' after going to a party and died the next day. Let's just say I would like to see his toxicology report. Furthermore, if he was infected only 2 months prior he would still have a high enough antibody level that it would be impossible to say that it was a second infection...maybe a relapse, but not a second and separate infection. Seems much more plausible to me that he had an underlying residual bacterial infection that resulted in acute systemic failure...or just ODd.
It's out there, and likely related to the myriad of variants... Just google 'covid recurrence' I'm sure it will provide some insights. Media is too fixated on stupid **** to report it. As I've mentioned before my kid did 2 yrs in the ICU before he started PA grad school in Aug... Sister is a Doctor. Both my parents worked on the edge of the medical biz... Have friends who are docs in varying specialties... One last thought, most aren't gonna die from c-19, unless you're aged, poor health or immuno compromused...if you had it once and survived, your odds are probably better you survive subsequent infections. Possibly some sustained resistance /antibodies, but more likely you're of hardy enough stock...
Me and the fellas have been working in the highest covid infection rate(most of the time) in the state since the beginning of this crap. Out of about 20 of us we have only had 3 pos covids that I know of. Age ranges vary from about 23 to 55. Black, white, hispanic...Male and female. If it was so damn contagious we would have all caught it since we are non stop around people and around each other. OR we have already all caught it and thought it was allergies or a cold.
This is your Government. Blow darts. Interesting, even the FDA admits that the mRNA shots 'interact' with non-vaxxed people.
That guys a creep, and he may actually believe some of those things. But he knew that guy was an undercover journalist and was just F’ing with him. But The registry, or the “star of david” thing. That’s definitely possible. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

Not that this conversation matters anymore but again to prove the point that and show every situation isn't the same. Stopped by mom's on way to work tonight and apparently place she works at got audited recently and they found all the extra covid money that was supposed to go to employees had been getting pocketed by owners. So like said before up until they cut the extra unemployment they were making just as much or more than woulda have been working. Which may be a big reason but I'm guessing also has to do with ppl being lazy and not wanting to work. Because what incentive is there to work when get about same money sitting at home? just joined a Shot Mandate Class Action today myself. The time for talking is past. Germ, you and I go at it on the reg, but I respect the hell out of your passion. Keep on, brother. (And I will either red or black pill you yet.)
Apparently, sure it wasn't every buisness, think it was some "front line worker" kinda deal for nursing. Idk if was state or federal tho. Do know this place got "x" amount for any positive cases of the rona. So maybe it was part of that. But idk, what I put is as far as details went. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
