Appx. 3 weeks ago I saw updated stat that so far this year, in Chicago there were 40-some odd arrests of subjects for suspected murder that already were out on release pending charges for other murders. Several of these subjects were then released again pending proceedings on those subsequent murders. These effers are back on the street before the arresting officers start their next shift.
