Some counties, not the DNR are closing down public boat landings, this is BS and will not stand. Luckily I have a lighter boat and have a 4 wheel drive I do not need a stinking boat ramp.

So here's the thing many around the country don't know the mind set of many in in NYS/ NYC. Go to NYS sites and you'll see the divide between down(city) and upstate. Because residents do understand. . This EXTRA domestic travel ban " suggestion" is worthless. They had a shelter in place order then Florida and others got flooded with them. They have been spreading this since the shut downs began. Cuomo is ,well I won't give that ,accurate, one word description on the open forum . Today I'm not feeling the ability to down play that. I will say this your all crazy if you think he didn't want people leaving the state during this. He cares for one thing and one thing ONLY. His bottom line. $$,public perception,party positioning. He's sneaky ( middle of the night gun bills) ,self important( literally invited NYS residence he doesn't like to leave) , in general the worst of wolves in sheep clothing IMO
I wanted to see the actual source they were looking at. I could google it and find something completely different than they were looking at. That’s the beauty of the internet. One article could have the same headline, but the information you find could be completely different. I apologize if that’s wrong to ask for, or something that is looked down upon on the forum. Well that's not the only case and we aren't the only state. To understand this though just look up NYS recent no bails and releases in crimes of assualt, rape, child abuse , BANK ROBBERY . I mean the asylums been run by the inmates a long time. Then look at Cuomo speak as if the city is the only part of the state. I invite you to go to Syracuse.com and click on the virus by county map. Then click up state counties like Monroe and Erie. Look at cases to deaths compared to orange ,Dutches ect,ect. It's crickets for us up here.
Old and I are both Westerners and I think I can speak for us both (I hope I don't over speak here Old) NY is for us country roads and towns of 10k and under. Hunting fishing and family. We are the complete opposite of the city and we are tired of being only a support structure for that damn City and that horrible excuse for a person Cuomo. I wish for nothing more than annexing that ****hole or making it a separate state.

I've always held myself to being a fiscal conservative and being a steward of the tax payers dollars. However I have some thoughts on this virus thing. 80% of the people out of the 3000 county government workers in my county are working from home. Maybe 500 of us are out there every day walking into a danger zone to bring back to our families. I'd like someone to pay for my housing if I'm unable to go home if and when this thing ramps up. If my son got this virus he may not survive. My wife and I arent playing around with this crap. I hate even asking the county tax payers to put me up in a place. I only need a damn room with one electric outlet and some AC. I'll bring the rest.
I just picked up take out some chicken wings and pizza. They had a deal $50 or more on a take out order you got a free roll of toilet paper. Only came up to $34.
If that was a shot at me Germ , I had no problem with his asking. Though I fully agree with Sota. He may have come up with way different results but in reading through that he may have learned even more than anticipated. Feel free to dislike this, I've concluded them to be a badge of honor.
